We are searching for a Project Management Coordinator with a minimum of 2-3 years experience coordinating and supporting operations and or web project management ideally in a marketing or web agency environment. What you will be doing
  • Tracks and manages team hours through Harvest to make sure all time-sheets are submitted on time and accurately
  • Stays on top of resource allocations to ensure that project hours are staying within scope
  • Assist senior level project managers in gathering client assets, managing budgets, keeping multiple projects on schedule and managing resource requirements
  • Ability to work with cross-functional team members, interfacing with clients, and ensuring projects get delivered on-time and on-budget,
  • Lead small internal and external projects as assigned
  • Runs small projects from initial SOW to completion
  • Plans, monitors and keeps on top of project deliverables, goals and milestones
  • Keeps management informed of any issues or delays related to project
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
  • Effectively applies our methodologies to enforce project standards
  • Monitors task management software to ensure that tasks are being completed in a timely fashion and that team and clients are adhering to proper channels for communication
Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a project coordinator, associate producer or project manager within a deadline-driven agency
  • Proficiency within MS Project, MS Office or other industry standard software
  • Experience within ecommerce business environments and PHP projects a must.
  • Familiarity using online project management tools (Basecamp, Activcollab, Clients & Profits) and billing software such as Harvest
  • Facilitate, manage and maintain timely and effective communication across teams including senior team members, clients and 3rd parties
  • Contribute to the agency's set of methodologies and best practices as it pertains to project life-cycles - yes we want to hear from you
  • Understanding of SOW’s, Scope, and project timeline and deliverables
  • Ability to produce budget reports in accordance with the company's standards and on time
  • Very comfortable with user experience and web development terminology and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-starter, dead-line driven, hands on
  • "Can do" attitude, willing to go the extra mile
  • Team player
  • Passion to learn the newest web technologies and design principles
  • 4 Year college degree preferred
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) highly desired but not required
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working with Magento platform a plus
  • Ecommerce experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Experience with marketing projects
