Senior Magento/PHP Developer

We are looking for a Senior Magento/PHP Developer who not only knows his/her stuff, but is passionate and excited about the latest and greatest technologies. You’ll be learning our existing methodologies and applying your own to ensure that DO is producing best-in-class technologies on all of its products. You will get your hands dirty working on RWDs, system integrations and testing initiatives. You should be able to work seamlessly with system engineers, back-end developers, user experience planners and visual designers throughout the process. DO is one of the fastest growing businesses in San Diego and Denver. What you will be doing:

  • Comfortable trouble shooting critical production issues
  • Ability to produce clean, well-documented, efficient, and standards-compliant code with an eye towards performance optimization

Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Operative, a full service digital agency is searching for a highly motivated and energetic Digital Marketer to join our growing team that understands the current Digital Advertising landscape, can bring fresh solutions to the table and has hands-on experience executing digital marketing initiatives for the e-commerce channel.

  • Take an active role in developing Paid Media strategies for clients that support their overall digital marketing program
  • Achieve and maintain fluency in relevant emerging interactive technologies (e.g. social commerce, web, mobile, tablet, video, geo-location) and serving as a go-to resource on these topics for the team
  • Be a hybrid – understand how business, brands and customers interact, with an understanding of how technology plays in this relationship

Technology Project Manager

Digital Operative, an award winning Digital Marketing Agency, is searching for a business-minded and technology-passionate person for the Technology Project Manager role.

We are looking for a Technology PM that has at least 4-6 years of experience dealing with the intricacies of web development projects that require both translating user goals and company goals. The person in this role will be able to effortlessly handle client relations, while having personal accountability for project performance. In addition, the Technology PM will leverage and demonstrate accepted PM practices that support delivery of projects on time, on budget and to DO’s standards of quality. Will be a demonstrated technical and professional leader, providing guidance, direction, and training to other project team members as necessary.

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years experience project management preferably in an agency environment
  • 2-3 years experience in a technical capacity (front end or back end web development)
  • Team leadership and management experience
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and varying methodologies and knows when to use which

Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager role is a hybrid 50% Client Management and 50% Project Management. Our ideal Project Manager has an eye for detail, always considers a client’s goals while balancing allocations and deliverables, a capacity to juggle schedules and the passion for setting the right expectations. Your day-to-day activities could include: gathering client assets, writing business requirements, reviewing/altering multiple project schedules, project planning with clients, communicating with multiple clients, facilitating Change Orders and ideation sessions with internal team members.
