Email/CRM Marketing Specialist

Digital Operative is looking for an experienced Email/CRM Marketing Specialist who will work within the digital marketing division of the agency. This role will be working across client accounts to drive successful email & CRM programs using compelling creative, testing workflows, leveraging data and making recommendations as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Building email campaigns, performing list segmentation, fine-tuning testing approaches, HTML presentation and QA of all outbound campaigns

Agency Marketing Manager

At DO, the Agency Marketing Manager will be responsible to making sure that we work as hard on our own brand, marketing & PR as we do for our own clients.

Within this role, it will be important to both think strategically as well as execute. You will need to gain a deep understanding of our personas and be able to identify the right message in the right channel at the right time. Core Responsibilities:

  • Understand the company culture and continually find creative ways to blend it into ongoing marketing programs
