It starts with a big exhale and ends with a HUGE smile. There's no doubt in our minds that we haven't been building one of the top digital agencies in San Diego, but it's always nice to get a little confirmation that you're doing something right. With this milestone we think back to the progression of the office spaces from the 2nd bedroom to the living room to the 750 sq ft office in Mission Hills to the 1,600 sq ft office in Old Town and now our next move to the 3,600 sq ft office in Old Town with better views. It's all a progression and I'm reminded of when another successful digital agency head told us that "it's not a sprint, it's a jog." So big congratulations to the DOers here at Digital Operative for having a hand day-in and day-out in shaping the great agency culture we have. And a big Thank You to all of those who have had a part in shaping this adventure, whether that be a client, partner, friend, vendor, family member, former employee, mentor or some of our favorite lunch spots.
